We’re headquartered in the UAE and ship worldwide! No matter your location, we’ll deliver your order using trusted platforms like AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, and DSers.
3. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! Sustainability is at our core. We carefully vet suppliers to ensure products meet our environmental standards, from materials to packaging.
Ordering & Payment
4. How do I place an order?
Shop directly on our Shopify store, add items to your cart, and checkout securely. We handle the rest via partners like DSers and CJ Dropshipping.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shopify Pay.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately via support@ecopawinnovations.com. Once an order is processed (within 1–2 hours), changes/cancellations may not be possible.

We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

- Ship the item to the address we provide (at your expense).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
12. Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective/damaged. In such cases, we’ll cover costs—contact us first!
13. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Funds may take longer to reflect in your account depending upon your payment provider.
14. Can I exchange a product?
We currently offer refunds only. You’re welcome to repurchase the desired item separately.
